Logan, a Minnesota native who currently resides in the balmy climes of New York, is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building data driven solutions to everyday problems caused by structural frictions and inefficiencies. He has built successful businesses on Wall Street, Climate tech, and in HR tech with Refresh.
His mission with Refresh is to help workforces of the world better connect with and utilize all aspects of their employee experience to their utmost benefit, while eliminating.
He is a long standing member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, a CFA Charter Holder, has a named scholarship to promote entrepreneurship and is a former chairman of the Johns Hopkins University Junior Board, The Second Decade Society.
Logan holds dual degrees in economics and psychology with a minor in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.
